Description of the mechanical and electrical overhaul done in 2019:
- Disassembly of all mechanical parts
- Replacement of all unsuitable mechanical parts
- Sandblasting of the iron parts and repainting with epoxy primer and polyurethane enamel
- Polishing of stainless-steel parts
- Completely new electrical panel with programmer for the work cycles
- New motor and inverter
- Completely new electrical and pneumatic system on board the machine
- Automatic hygrometric device to read when the garments inside are dried and start the cooling phase for the garments.
